Did you know there are now ways to self-serve your current cruise booking online, without having to call the call center and wait on hold?

    Due to Disney Cruise Line's long hold times from their recent itinerary release we are unable to process your request through the call center. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

    • In order to help you avoid the long hold times, please fill out this form if you have a placeholder you would like to have confirmed on one of the new sailings or an existing booking with Costco Travel you would like to have changed to one of the new dates.  
    • Please note this request does not guarantee we can obtain the specific items requested, or specific pricing. We will do our best to get to your requests in an efficient time frame based upon our ability to reach Disney Cruise Lines to make the requested changes.

    • Use this form to request assistance if your payment has failed when attempted through your account at www.costcotravel.com. We will work these as fast as we can. Expect a call from Costco Travel within 24 - 48 hours  
    • For your safety, please do not submit any credit card information through this form  
    • Please note, that requests other than those submitted for assistance with making payment on your reservation cannot be processed through this form

    This form can be used to make any of the changes listed below:

    • Name or Title Corrections  
    • Change to Dining Time or Table Size Request  
    • Add/Change Past Passenger Number  
    • Change Cabin Number  
    • Change Bedding Request  
    • Add/Change Special Request (Birthday, Anniversary, Honeymoon)  
    • Add/Change Medical Request  
    • Add/Remove Cruise Line Ground Transfers  
    • Add/Remove Cruise Line Insurance  
    • Add/Remove Cruise Line Gratuities

    Please use this form to provide information on the Future Cruise Credit you would like applied to your Costco Travel reservations.

    Our Costco Travel team will work towards applying these Future Cruise Credits to your reservation. If we are able to successfully apply your FCCs, we will email you an updated invoice within 24 - 48 hours. If we are unable to complete your request for any reason, we will contact you within 24 - 48 hours.

      If you see a Cancel link on your cruise booking, you can cancel online through your Costco Travel account. We recommend that you review the terms and conditions on your invoice for details on penalties and non-refundable fees.

        If you would like to cancel your cruise, and you don't see "Cancel" on your invoice to cancel online, this is the form to use.

        • If you have multiple bookings, please fill out the form individually for each booking.  
        • Any requests for non-cruise bookings will not be processed  
        • If you have already cancelled your booking, or submitted a cancellation request on a previous form, please do not fill out this form. Your submission will not be considered, and there will be no additional follow up  
        • You will receive an email confirmation once your booking has been cancelled
